- Custom-built PCs or special/backordered items may require additional processing time; customers will be informed of the estimated timeline at the time of order.

8. Delivery Issues
- Delayed delivery: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for an update.
- Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
- Incorrect address: IJ Computers is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
- Failed delivery attempts: If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests to change the shipping address or cancel an order must be made before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
