1. Introduction

Welcome to IJ Computers. By purchasing products or using services from our store (in-person, by phone, or online), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products & Services

  • IJ Computers sells computer hardware, peripherals, accessories, software, and related IT products.
  • We may also offer services such as PC assembly, repairs, upgrades, and technical support.
  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in the applicable local currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., for bulk/corporate orders).
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as available in-store.
  • For custom or special orders, an advance payment/deposit may be required before processing.

4. Order & Delivery (if applicable)

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment (or agreed deposit) is received.
  • Delivery timelines, where offered, are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier, courier, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is handed over or delivered.

5. Warranty

  • Products are covered under the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty, where provided.
  • IJ Computers does not offer warranty beyond what is provided by the manufacturer/supplier unless explicitly stated in writing.
  • Warranty is void in cases of physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair/tampering.
  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice.

6. Repairs & Services

  • Estimated repair costs and timelines are provided before work begins, where possible; actual costs may vary once the issue is diagnosed.
  • IJ Computers is not responsible for data loss during repair, upgrade, or servicing. Customers are advised to back up their data beforehand.
  • Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after service completion may incur storage charges or be considered abandoned, at the store's discretion.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, available on request or at the store.
  • By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information when placing orders or requesting service.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility of purchased items with their existing systems, unless advice was explicitly sought and given by our staff in writing.
  • Any software installed by the customer on purchased hardware is the customer's responsibility; IJ Computers is not liable for third-party software issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • IJ Computers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that specific product or service.
  • We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification of products.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Any software, branding, or licensed material sold through IJ Computers remains the property of its respective owner/manufacturer. Customers must comply with the applicable license terms.

11. Changes to Terms

IJ Computers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products/services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable local laws.
