1. Overview

At IJ Computers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for products purchased from our store.

2. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free items included.
• The original sales receipt or invoice is presented.
• The product is not on the list of non-returnable items (see Section 6).

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase for a different size, model, or variant, subject to stock availability.
• If the exchanged item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference. If lower, the difference may be issued as store credit (unless otherwise agreed).

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or significantly different from what was ordered.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (cash, bank transfer, or card, as applicable). Cash purchases may be refunded via bank transfer at the store's discretion.
• A valid receipt/invoice is mandatory for all refund requests.

5. Warranty Claims

• Products covered under manufacturer warranty will be handled per the manufacturer's warranty terms.
• IJ Computers will assist customers in coordinating warranty repairs or replacements with the manufacturer/supplier where applicable.
• Physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs will void warranty and return eligibility.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded once sold, unless found defective at the time of delivery:

• Software, licenses, and digital products (activation keys, antivirus, OS licenses, etc.)
• Custom-built PCs once assembled and handed over (unless a hardware defect is identified)
• Consumables (cables, thermal paste, cleaning kits, etc.) if opened/used
• Items marked "Final Sale" or sold as clearance/used stock

7. Non-Defective Returns

If a customer wishes to return a product for reasons other than defect (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item):

• A restocking fee of up to 10–15% may apply.
• The item must be unopened/unused and in resalable condition.
• Shipping/delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

9. Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Report it within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Provide photos/videos of the damage along with the receipt.
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
